At Deal Wali Dukaan, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
* Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
* Items damaged by the customer due to misuse or improper care.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit, depending on your preference).

5. Exchanges
